Stock Music

Library Music  | Archive Music

Stock music is usually produced with no specific use in mind. It can be purchased as part of a large music library without consent from the composer/musician or accrue any additional clearance fees. The music is normally licensed to be featured in various mediums, such as online content, corporate productions, advertising, television, and video games.

Stock music can either be licensed or royalty-free. Whereas royalty-free music has no limitation on using the piece purchased, licensed stock music is limited to specific uses. The cost will vary depending on the project, the distribution channel, and other possible factors.
